The top floor of The Music Mill has had experienced aerialists swinging from its ceilings since 2013. We began life as StudioQ however Onyx Aerial & Fitness will now continue the journey breathing new life into the business.

Onyx Aerial & Fitness provides expertise and training in a range of activities including aerial, pilates and other flexibility classes. Social butterflies are encouraged to come along to meet new people whilst accomplishing fitness goals in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
​
In addition to strength and fitness training; performance is an optional extra the studio is able to offer. Alongside teaching, we can provide entertainment for charity showcases, private parties and international performances.

Start with us from the start. Learn the basics of aerial silks. How to climb, knot and wrap and achieving beautiful moves.

During the course you will also build active flexibility and strength. Learning the things you will need to feel confident in starting your aerial silks journey.

Location: Ashburton Arts Center
Dates: Saturdays October 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st
Level: Beginner/Basic
