3 quick fire tips to help you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself 😎📈🧠

1️⃣ Look after No.1, You are priority, some of you may think that sounds crazy and selfish and some of you will get it, the more you look after yourself hopefully the greater you can give to the important people in your life ❤️
If your own cup is empty as you haven’t prioritised your own wellbeing you cant pour water into anyone else’s cup, learning to say no at the right times will go along way 🙅🏼♂️
2️⃣ Get yourself into a sustainable health & fitness routine that works around your lifestyle, have a look at what amount of time you can realistically allocate to it and then move forwards with that.
You don’t need to go to the gym 4/5/6 times a week to make progress, if your timings only allow you to train a couple times a week alongside good nutrition and a decent step count, you’ll be suprised how far you go if you stay consistent with that 📈
3️⃣ Be kind to yourself, in the world of social media where everybody looks like they got there s**t together, everyone’s living their best life, it’s one big highlight reel of everyone’s best moments and angles. 📸
Realistically life’s a rollercoaster full of highs and lows and the lows rarely make social media, at the end of the day every single one of us is out here winging it and trying to give our best. If you’re going through a tough patch just remember the majority of what you see on social media is absolutely bo****ks so less comparing your life to everybody’s ‘best’ which definitely stunts your own progress 👎🏻 ( I get caught in this trap now and again, tough to conquer but were just trying to get a little better at it ) 🤝🏼
