Start learning this soon

So I completed a thing, which has only taken me 2 years from actually signing up to, to complete.

Now begins starting to learn CIRCL Mobility CIRCL Mobility ™ fully and get it under my belt properly before letting it being experienced by the class going public of The Gym Group Newton Abbot Teignbridge Leisure and Finlake Fitness

I’m looking forward to adding flexibility and mobility to everyone’s lives, so keep an eye out for this appearing soon to a timetable near you.

No class at Raise The Barr Fitness today due to the heat and humidity. Your health and wellbeing is more important.
Dawlish will still be going ahead as normal at 8pm. Hopefully it will be cooler then.
