Just had the most hilarious adventure with Salad Dodgers Darren and Justin at the Amsterdam lookout! 🤣 Let me tell you all about it!

So Darren, that brave soul, decided he wanted an improved Airborne experience at the lookout. And guess what? Justin, our resident cautious cucumber, was actually convinced to join in too! 😅 Talk about stepping out of your comfort zone, am I right?

Now, I've got to say, Justin's face was a perfect mix of excitement and hesitation when they were about to take the leap. He had this "I'm committed, but also slightly terrified" look going on. But hey, he decided to go for it anyway! 🙌

Little did Justin know, this experience would give him a whole new definition of "Brown Adrenalin." 😂 Yeah, you heard that right! It was like he was blending up a new, never-before-seen salad dressing of pure fear and exhilaration. I bet he won't be craving any croutons for a while after this!

And just when they thought they had seen it all, they decided to take it a step further. Over the Edge swing? Yup, they went for it! Talk about swinging into sheer madness! 😂 I'm not sure who had a bigger smile on their face - Darren or the people watching them! It was definitely a showstopper.

In the end, Salad Dodgers Darren and Justin conquered the Amsterdam lookout with their hilarious antics, adrenaline-fueled laughs, and a newfound love for brown Adrenalin. Maybe next time, they'll spice it up with a different dressing, you never know! 😄

Top tip, never google swinging in Amsterdam. You never know what you will end up doing.

This magnificent bridge holds significant historical importance as it played a major role during the infamous "Battle of Arnhem" in World War II. Named after Lieutenant Colonel John Dutton Frost, this bridge symbolizes the bravery and resilience of the Allied forces as part of Operation Market Garden.

Today the magnificent 7 visited the John Frost Bridge to walk in the footsteps of history and pay homage to the brave soldiers who fought valiantly during the Battle of Arnhem. You can also take a moment to reflect on the bridge's symbolism, representing the unwavering bonds of friendship between the Netherlands and the Allied countries.

Day 2 of our incredible trip has arrived, and today's adventure takes us to the historic city of Arnhem! But before we set off, let's not forget to pay homage to the brave soldiers who took part in Operation Market Garden during World War II.

As we pedal through the beautiful Dutch countryside, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and charming windmills, let's take a moment to reflect on the significance of this journey. Operation Market Garden was an ambitious Allied plan to liberate the Netherlands and shorten the war, and Arnhem played a pivotal role in those events.

Today 5 of the salad dodgers took part in the Dartmoor Classic Cycle Sportive , a total of 6690 feet of elevation and 68 miles of brutal wind and hills.
