Rather than me rant about what and how we dd it 😂 I’ve asked Sarah in her own words below 👇
“ Total lost 57kg - which has definitely been an up and down journey over the past 2 years as life sometimes gets in the way and you have setbacks but embracing the setbacks and getting back to it when you can” “remaining consistent in the PT sessions helped keep me accountable outside our sessions “
What’s helped - “starting with small changes and making them part of your routine and having someone at home to support you. Having honest discussions with my PT around all aspects of the journey exercises food rest etc…” “not getting super obsessed with the numbers or scales”
What I found hard - “changing my thinking about myself that I wasn’t a person who should go to PT or lift weights or go hiking”
Not very often I get to do these as my business is mainly based on long serving clients and good retention . ☺️
Most are maintaining & working on that life balance- Rather than yo yo diets we strive for something you can stick to undoing negative behaviours picked up from misinformation or unrealistic calorie deficit’s diets and exercise regime’s.
