Give this kettlebell challenge below a go! Five times through all this! Use any kettlebell size that suits you. I did it with a 16kg 💪

Russian swings - 10 reps
Kettlebell press - 2 reps
Russian swings - 15 reps
Kettlebell press - 4 reps
Russian swings - 25 reps
Kettlebell press - 6 reps
Russian swings - 50 reps
Rest for 2 mins
