Emily Godley Olympic Weightlifting Event ‘Lift Me Up’ Weightlifting competition where ALL proceeds go to Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The Emily Godley Olympic Weight Lifting Event – in conjunction with Winners 2000 Fitness Limited. The aims of the event are to increase participation in Olympic Weight Lifting for all and to promote the sport in a positive manner. To use the power of competition to drive improvements in technique and poundage’s achieved; through quality coaching and support, to help you to set and achieve goals. W

e also wish to raise awareness for Motor Neurone Disease and to raise money to assist with research to find a cure. All money from this event will be donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association (Charity Number 294354)
