For those taking part in Sunday's grading the details are as follows:-

1st group 10am
Kids class members
10th kup (white belt)
9th kup (yellow tag)
8th kup (yellow belt)
7th kup (green tag)

2nd group 12.15
Kids class members
6th kup (green belt)
5th kup (blue tag)
Adults class members
10th kup to 4th kup

Please arrive promptly and Doboks should be clean and ironed. Any t-shirt worn under dobok must be white. All jewellery removed or covered. Good luck to everyone taking part.

Not long now to N.I. Black Belt course and grading. Please ensure your registered. We are looking forward to welcoming students from throughout the UK to Northern Ireland for this event.

The course and grading shall be conducted by Grand master Cutler and Grand Master O'Neill it is a fantastic opportunity to train and learn from two Grand Masters.
