It’s time to EDUCATE. Not be influenced. So many think they are researching by watching a reel or tik tok of their fav influencer or Steven Bartlett podcast when it comes to dieting & nutrition.

That’s what they WANT you to hear remember.

They don’t want to tell you the hard part. That they cut out the crap they ate & drank on nights whilst editing those precious videos for their audience. Or stopped calling off at KFC on the way home from their influencer event. Or if it’s one of those “fasting” doctors off Steven Bartlett… do you know how much money they are making of our corrupt government for telling you this crap?

You’re not one step ahead for listening to this crap… this is what they want you to hear…..

Intermediate fasting CAN work for many but REMEMBER it’s simply a Calorie Deficit.

It is simply eating your calories within a certain window.

That’s it. It’s a glorified way of saying Calorie deficit with confusion.

Im only getting started…… you will be educated on this page not influenced and not lied to.
