🩰 Cancel via the app – we have a 24 hour cancellation policy
Late cancels + no-shows will result in loss of class

🩰 If you can’t make it, please cancel your spot
so someone else can take it 🤍

🩰 We can’t allow swapping or turning up for someone else’s booking
just to keep things fair for everyone

🩰 Arrive 5 minutes before class
late entry may not be allowed

🩰 Grip socks at all times
(reformer + hot room)

🩰 Phones on silent – this is your time & everyone around you

🩰 Class passes are to be used within their time frame

Lee has been part of for the past year and is now officially joining our teaching team (I couldn’t be more excited).

Her classes are strong and energetic with plenty of options for all levels - so whether you’re new or a regular, you’ll be ‘well’ looked after.
