Essential Skills training! 🎓

We have an enrolment session this morning for anyone who wants to avail of free essential skills training. It is anticipated the Maths programme will run after Halloween, and the ICT course will be decided at a later date

Anyone can apply for these courses - however it is imperative you fill out an application form. These can be collected from the WALD Centre, or emailed to you. Alternatively, you can book your place on these courses by contacting us directly

World Mental Health Day is next week! 🧠

This year, we'll be reflecting on the impact that change has on our mental health and how we’re learning to Navigate the ‘New Normal’.

Our campaign will run all of next week and will aim to promote positive mental health during this time and encourage people to look at the ways they can better manage their mental health as we move through uncertainty 💛

Culloville gym and sports injury clinic This years 30 day "Health & Fitness Challenge" will begin on Wednesday 4th of Jan at 8:15pm.

There will be a class each morning & evening to suit everyone's needs!

Classes will run Monday to Saturdays with Sundays off. Each class will be approx 35/40 mins in duration. Morning classes will be at 7am & evening at 8.15pm!

Our successful 10 week Operation Transformation comes to an end this Sunday 4th Dec with our Santa 5K and Little helpers 2K fun run. A lovely festive walk, jog, run route for family and friends to enjoy with us too. Registration is at 9:30pm. We invite you all into the centre following the event for some festive treats!
