From Morning Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Classes, Hot Yoga, Breathwork, and Yin Yoga, our timetable is designed to help you move, breathe, and feel your best.

As we head into summer, we’ll be moving to a slightly reduced timetable to reflect the season.
