Our 30 minute ACCELERATE class is designed to improve your fitness, work capacity & ability to sustain high intensity efforts for longer.
Using a mix of intervals, aerobic conditioning & functional movement patterns, these sessions are programmed to help you:
• Improve cardiovascular fitness
• Build muscular endurance
• Increase speed of recovery between efforts
• Boost overall conditioning for sport & everyday life
