New Year New You.
Now its the new year, people will be trying to get back into it.
The main thing with adults is embarrassment. In looking like a idiot, or needing help.
Its healthy for you to learn, keep the brain working and step out of your comfort zone and see you can do better.
The 3 main things, I hear from working in the pool. Or chatting to friends and people who know I teach..
1. I can swim a length no problem and tread water, but anything more than that is a struggle.
2. I sort of stopped swimming because i was bored of just doing lengths. Don't feel the benefit as much as I did.
3. I'll have to get onto you about swimming myself, so i can get better,
Tips for each:
1. If you have the ability, the problem is lack of commitment to it. You haven't swam in days/ months/ years. Take it slow and work forward..
2. Your suffering tedium, you need variety. Feel free to message or chat to me and i'll tell you thing to work on or ideas for sessions to change it up.
3. Message me or talk. I have no problem in talking about it to anyone. Its my job, my business, and my livelihood.
