Unfortunately I'll not be able to run anymore babyswimming classes in foreseeable future in Newry or Kilkeel pool,as Newry pool will not allow me to rent the pool anymore ,which is very disappointing after having many enjoyable classes with you all!And as you probably heard Kilkeel pool will be closing for refurbishment for a very long time,so will miss you all,Corina

*****LAST SPACE AVAILABLE ****New dates BABY DUCKLINGS SWIMMING 6 weeks course starting in Kilkeel leisure centre on ****Monday the 12 th of May *****@13.30,P.m ( skipping Bank Holiday 26th of May )for a 6 weeks course would suit babies from birth up to 3 years old,in class we will be doing different exercises like flotation, rotation, kicking turning, dives,etc.we will be singing songs and play games classes are great fun for you and your baby,you do not have to be a swimmer yourself to take part in class as we will be in shallow water, you will need to prebook as spaces are limited,love to see you in pool,x

HI just a bit of info on Babieducklings swim school antenatal class.
you will be with other expecting mommies just like you, looking forward to meeting your new baby in a relaxing, physical class in pool. We will have laughter, and chat, and some people even make lifelong friends.

In class we will be doing ,controlled breathing exercises, floating, cardiovascular exercises, different swimming strokes and, kegel exercises, all to promote relaxation, strengthen your muscles, maintain fitness levels to help you with giving birth, swimming is one of the safest ways to exercise during pregnancy, as the water supports your joints, strengthening your back and abdominal muscles.
It has proven that antenatal classes will help you with an easier birth as it will give you more control over your pelvic muscles during labor, which is what we all want, right!

Babieducklings antenatal classes are expertly designed for all mixed abilities, so even if your not a swimmer, you can still take part as everything will be in shallow water.
I hope you can join our fabulous antenatal course of 5 weeks starting Monday the 3rd of February at 14.00 p.m.in Kilkeel leisure centre.
