Appropriate assessment of Anaerobic and Aerobic qualities followed by specific programming can enhance abilities in performance and in health. Rehabilitation (In conjunction with medical practitioners) - Soft tissue rehabilitation, Surgical rehabilitation, concussion return to play strategies and health/ lifestyle rehabilitation.
