We've made some key timetable changes to better suit our members' schedules:

🔹 Tuesday Circuits now starts at 6:00 PM for added convenience.
🔹 Thursday HYROX has moved to 6:45 AM, so you can smash your workout early.
🔹 Monday Circuits is now a full 45-minute session—more time to push yourself!
🔹 Thursday HYROX (Evening) has been moved to 6:00 PM to fit better into your routine.

📢 One Membership for ALL!
No more separate memberships—every member now gets full access to the gym AND all classes! 💪 If you previously had a gym-only membership, you can now join our classes at no extra cost!

🚨 GYM ETIQUETTE REMINDER 🚨

Hey everyone, just a quick reminder to unload your weights after using sleds, barbells, or any other equipment. Lately, we’ve noticed plates being left on, which creates extra work for the next person and our coaches.

✅ Strip the sled & barbells after use
✅ Return plates & equipment to their proper place
✅ Be respectful of others & keep the gym tidy

Let’s keep the gym a space where everyone can train without extra hassle!
