I have been pressing the Executive for information on re-opening sports both indoor and outdoor on Friday. I am told that they can recommence but more information will be published on rules and regulations shortly.

Sport is good for people’s physical health and mental wellbeing. It is vital that both indoor and outdoor sport recommences immediately with protections in place.

I have again asked for clarity this morning.
