Belfast National Grading at Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre
Sat 29th November
10.30am - 12.00pm Junior Blue & white & Purple

12.00pm - 2.00pm Junior Brown & White, Brown and All Adults.

Please give yourself plenty of time for parking as the gradings will commence at the stated times.

Don't forget to go over your bones and terminology you will be asked.

gum shield, gloves & Water 💧

Most of all do your best and enjoy yourselves and leave it all on the mats.
