We are happy to announce we have some dates for a Ladies/teens self defence course.

We want to keep numbers limited so we can give everyone adequate attention so please message to secure a place.

We have big plans to make improvements to our training facility and are launching our fundraising campaign with a raffle. Tickets can be purchased in class or via message.
