🌞⛳️ Good luck to all 140 players taking part in The Headland Cup today at Newquay Golf Club!

We’ve had a little overnight rain which has taken the edge off the fairways, while the greens have been cut and rolled and are looking fantastic. Conditions are set for another superb day of links golf.

A huge thank you to The Headland Hotel and Spa for their continued sponsorship of this fantastic event and for the brilliant working relationship we enjoy together. Their support is greatly appreciated by everyone at the club.

Good luck to all 115 members taking part in today’s Coronation Cup at Newquay Golf Club!🏌️☀️

The weather couldn’t be much better, and the course is looking absolutely superb.

This morning’s video was filmed from our brand-new 7th tee, introduced this year. What a spectacular view it is, looking left across to Fistral Beach and the mighty Atlantic Ocean. It really doesn’t get much better than golf with a backdrop like this!

🏆 Club Championship Play-Off – Tomorrow! 🏆

After two fantastic rounds of golf, we still can’t separate them!

The 18-hole Club Championship play-off will take place tomorrow (Friday 24th July) with Ian Morgan taking on Aaron Stephens, teeing off at 2:30pm.

We’d love to see plenty of members come along to support both players and enjoy what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of golf. Good luck to Ian and Aaron – may the best golfer win! ⛳👏

It was fantastic to welcome my good friend Bert from 3DGolfvakanties to Newquay Golf Club on an inspection trip to experience some of the outstanding golf courses and hotels that Newquay and the surrounding area have to offer.

With our stunning links golf, spectacular coastline and fantastic hospitality, I’m sure he’ll have been impressed with everything Cornwall has to offer.

I’m really looking forward to welcoming plenty of Dutch golfers to Newquay in the future and showcasing this incredible part of the country. 🇬🇧⛳🇳🇱

🌞⛳ Junior Summer Camps are here! ⛳🌞

Looking for something fun for the kids this summer? Our Junior Summer Camps at Newquay Golf Club are the perfect way to get them outdoors, make new friends and learn some golf in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Whether they’re picking up a club for the very first time or already love the game, everyone is welcome! We’ll have plenty of coaching, fun games, on-course challenges and lots of laughs along the way.

Good luck to all of our members playing in Round 2 of the Club Championship today at Newquay Golf Club!☀️🏆

We’re in for another stunning day of sunshine, and the course is playing like a true links. The fairways are baked out, giving plenty of run, and the greens have been cut and rolled, so they’re running fast and true.

The video was taken from the 10th tee this morning, and I think you’ll agree the course is looking absolutely magnificent.

Enjoy the challenge, embrace the conditions, and play well. We look forward to seeing who books their place at the top of the leaderboard by the end of the day.

🏆 Good luck to all 119 members playing in Round 1 of the Club Championship at Newquay Golf Club today!

The course is looking absolutely fantastic this morning. The fairways have really burned off, giving it that true links golf feel, while the greens have been cut and rolled and are running beautifully.

This video was taken from the 4th green, and I’m sure you’ll agree… the course looks incredible, with Fistral Beach providing a stunning backdrop. It doesn’t get much better than links golf in Cornwall on a morning like this.

⛳️ Our latest Girls Get Into Golf programme is off to a fantastic start! ⛳️

It’s been brilliant to see so many ladies giving golf a go, learning new skills, making new friends and, most importantly, having lots of fun along the way! The smiles say it all. 😊

If you’ve ever thought about trying golf but weren’t sure where to start, this is the perfect opportunity. Our sessions are relaxed, friendly and designed for complete beginners, with all equipment provided.

We’re already planning our next Girls Get Into Golf classes, so if you’d like to join the next group, get in touch with the Pro Shop to register your interest. We’d love to welcome you!

Good luck to all 120 members playing in today’s Parkyn Bowl at Newquay Golf Club!⛳️

It’s a grey old Cornish start, but don’t worry—the forecast is dry, so there’s every chance we’ll experience all four seasons before you finish the back nine! 🌥️🌤️😄

The course is looking superb, the greens have been freshly cut and are rolling beautifully, so it’s all set up for a fantastic day’s golf.

Play well, enjoy the challenge, and may all your putts find the middle of the hole… and if they don’t, just blame the weather! 😉
