What a day we had at our first community strength event here 💪

We were blown away by the team spirit and lifts that everyone did.
Lots of PBs! 🔥

Congratulations to on winning men’s overall category (225kg for his deadlift!)
Lily won for the women’s! Getting 100kg deadlift at 13 years old!)

We also had a pull ups and dips competition with getting 33 body weight pull ups for men’s and for the women’s Izzi getting 21!

We couldn’t have done the event without Garin who insisted on the concept! Thanks to Kalani for supporting Garin! And a massive thanks to who sponsored the event .newquay and to for helping judge.

A big shoutout to the K2 team members and for being there on the day and assisting!
And for filming!

We can’t wait for the next one.
