May’s Yin Supper Club with .yoga and leaned into those early-summer flavours; fresh, vibrant and quietly abundant.🌿✨

Warm pitta with roasted red peppers, cooling tzatziki + pumpkin seed pesto, herby pomegranate tabbouleh, olives + garlic, beetroot hummus + crispy dukkah chickpeas, followed by a light, dreamy eton mess.

A mixture of yogic practices of asana,pranayama and meditation, supported with journaling and mindful arts. Indulge in the extended sun light and soak up the high energies in practise.
