We toyed with sharing this exiting news as pregnancy is precious and a literal miracle that puts lots of things into perspective. Sending love to everyone on their pregnancy journeys - sometimes there is light at then end of tunnel even though it can take a long time to shine.

Take 2.. So we did plan on delivering the start to this beautifully curated Restorative Yoga workshop series in October but universe decided differently. We've gone with 26th November with a reduced price of £20!!.

Restorative Yoga workshop 1 - Pranayama resource for more energy. As we transition into the Autumn & Winter months it's super important we head into this part of the year with sustained energy levels. After a busy Summer or life in general we can sometimes be left slightly depleted and burnt out. This Workshop is the 1st out 5 restorative yoga workshops that will be delivered at the studio.

P R O G R E S S
Is the original name for hexagram 35 In the I’Ching book of change. From the 2nd to 7th of June the Sun will be pulsing through gate 35 illuminating our collective consciousness raising our internal awareness of how rapidly we can make easy progress and advancement with the gifts and opportunities life throws at us.

All though we’re seeing boundless progress with our earthly materialistic external worlds of form and technology A.I), are we drawing the real progress away from our internal landscapes ?

The answer is YES!! As a species we have this insatiable genetic hunger for these quick hits of serotonin from very conditioned experiences that fill us up to the brim fuelling the shadow side of this gate. Once you’re full you’re always going to start to feel slowly but surely empty again repeating the same behaviours, addictions and patterns over and over again continuing the shadow cycle of hunger.

What can I do to bring myself into more of a progressive frequency?.

Use modalities that will expand your consciousness capabilities.

1. Any type of breathwork, meditations, spiritual movement practices that (allow your self to connect with source/cosmos). Experience boundless, infinite levels of awareness.
2. Find the Adventure for life, travel, explore and experience different cultures to understand there’s not just one way to do life.
3. Avoid limiting beliefs and people. There are infinite possibilities of change in universe that you can advance towards. Widen your purification practices think Fire & Water to gain clarity. Sea swims & saunas.

E N T H U S I A S M

Do things in life that light you up!.
Are there particular skills, attributes or talents you have that you can be honing in on, to lead you down the path towards Mastery. The pure grit and energetic charge of enthusiasm can be used to get your ideas/dreams into a moving reality. You might be feeling you have high levels of enthusiasm to start a new skill or master an existing talent whilst the Sun passes through gate 16 up to the 1st of June effecting our consciousness on earth as a collective.

Like all thing in life we have to experience the shadow to step into our genius. The opposite to enthusiasm is indifference. This lack of interest and concern to be different diffuses our individual prosperity to be the best version of ourselves. Don’t fall into a gullible repressive state or even worse a reactive self deluded state and become a prisoner of your own mind by building a structured mental wall that contains you in a homogenised indifferent frequency. ⚡️⚡️⚡️

How do I use my Enthusiasm to achieve prosperity?

Find the one thing you absolutely own and and excel at in life above everyone else. Use that skill/talent in a versatile sustainable frequency and watch your magical genius unfold ✨

P R E S E N C E
How many of us are actually finding presence in our daily lives ?. The constant distractions of modern life can leave us in The shadow state of presence which is “Superficiality”a very surface level way of being.
Western society puts enormous amounts of pressure on living in this frequency.
Maybe some of us are experiencing being absent or hectic which lead us away from being present and allows for the mind to get in the way and prevent us from experiencing life in such a effervescent truthful manner the superficiality takes over leaving us in these shadow states.

How can I practice having presence ?.

Do activities that allow you to get into deep states of divine relaxation, breathwork ,pranayama, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and sitting in nature.
