My name is Amber - I’m an autistic/ADHD girlie who struggles to live in a world that’s fast, loud, and overwhelming… and I’m on a mission to create something beautiful for the people of Cornwall.

I’ve worked in the fitness industry since I was 18 and have always loved learning about bodies and helping people become their healthiest, most empowered selves. But I often found myself overstimulated and burnt out in the gym environment - by bright lights, strong smells, loud thumping music, and crowded environments.

There are no gym spaces made for women, and certainly none that have considered creating a neurodivergent-friendly environment. That’s where my vision began.

I’m on a mission to create an inclusive, sensory-friendly wellness studio (with reformer & mat Pilates, sports massage, a chill-out area, and 1:1 PT sessions) that prioritises women and fosters connection, calm, and care.

To bring this little slice of heaven to life, I’ve launched a crowdfunder - and I’ve just been entered into the Muddy Stilettos “Built by Her” campaign (link below), with a chance to win £10,000 towards building the dream.

Rounded shoulders to happy shoulders 🪄

Rounded shoulders is one of the most common issues I see in clinic. Although common it can cause an array of problems.. headaches, pain in the neck, shoulders and chest and a ricochet of postural imbalances leading to .. yup you guessed it .. more pain!

Sports massage along with specific excercises both strengthening and mobilising can help to give your posture the much needed makeover to help you live pain free and happy!

Bodies are forever not just for Christmas..

It’s so important we look after our bodies through excercise, nutrition but also rest and recovery. A little investment in ourselves mean that we can live injury free and do the things we love for longer .. so this year instead of gifting another pair of fluffy slippers or vouchers that get forgotten about.. give the gift of movement and help the ones you love to feel amazing.

I want to help you find space and feel free within your own body.

The last few years have been a whirlwind and for the majority incredibly stressful.
