🌟 WELCOME TO THE KERNOW ACADEMY TEAM – SANDI🌟

We are delighted to welcome Sandi Kaaber to the Kernow Academy team! ❤️🖤

After taking a break from gymnastics for a few years to focus on her career in Education, Sandi has recently returned to the gym and we are thrilled to have her back!

Sandi is a HPC in Tumbling, Level 4 in Acrobatics and Level 4 in Women’s Artistic. She has also represented Great Britain as a Team Coach on several occasions at both World and European Championships. 🇬🇧

Sandi is excited to be back in the gym and is looking forward to working across all disciplines within the club.

WELCOME TO THE KERNOW ACADEMY TEAM – ELIZA

We are delighted to welcome Eliza to the Kernow Academy team! ❤️🖤

Having been a gymnast herself, Eliza has now turned her passion for the sport into a career. She is currently a Level 2 coach and is working towards completing her Level 3 qualification.

We are incredibly excited to have Eliza on board and look forward to seeing the enthusiasm, experience and dedication she brings to our gymnasts.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Open Day today.

We are honestly overwhelmed by the support, kind words and incredibly positive feedback we have received from you all.

We saw nearly 300 of you through our doors today! What an incredible turnout and what a way to officially welcome you all into our new home.

We’ve had quite a journey to get here, and to finally open our doors, welcome you all in, speak to as many of you as possible and hear your stories was truly overwhelming. It made all the hard work, stress and challenges along the way completely worth it.

Thank you to every single person who came along and helped make today so incredibly special. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

A massive thank you also to Hawkins Motors, Sostena, Isabelle’s, North Cornwall riding and the Angry Achovy Pizza for helping make the day what it was. We really appreciate your support.

As you can imagine, we are absolutely inundated with emails and messages tonight! Please just bear with us. We promise we will get back to every single one of you as soon as we can. If you have any questions please email [email protected]

We’re taking this evening to pack everything away, put our feet up and have a well earned rest after such a wonderful day!

🌟 RISE@5 – THE PERFECT NEXT STEP!

Is your little gymnast starting Reception and ready to move on from preschool gymnastics, but a full general gymnastics class still feels like a big jump?

Our RISE@5 class has been purposefully designed especially for Reception age children who need that perfect in-between step. 💛

RISE@5 helps children build:

✨ Confidence and independence
🤸‍♀️ Fundamental gymnastics skills
💪 Strength, balance and coordination
👂 Listening and following instructions
🌟 Confidence using our full-size gymnastics equipment
🥰 All while keeping gymnastics FUN!

With a smaller, age focused environment, our coaches can help each child progress at their own pace and prepare them for moving into our general gymnastics programme when they’re ready.
