Hey facebonk friends, some of you might have noticed that I haven't restarted classes since bojo let us out to play, I've decided to put my sessions on the back burner for now and have since started coaching with Newquay amateur boxing club, they're a fantastic team with some great coaches and boxers, so if any of my old crew or anyone for that matter would like to start boxing again I can't recommend them enough. If you want to train to get fit there's no pressure to spar, so pop down to treviglas sports hub or drop me a dm for the deets!
