Why choose between that fitness bootcamp or a relaxing weekend away when you can do both with us?
At our retreat it’s all about balance. Delicious but healthy food will be served to fuel your bodies but there will be some treats along the way such as the fluffiest of pancakes at breakfast to wine with dinner. To then burn off any indulgences we have a full range of exercises from beach workouts to weight lifting. For those wanting less intensive ways of feeling the burn, low impact conditioning classes and yoga are also on offer.

MARCH 2020 FITNESS RETREAT ITINERARY IS LIVE!

Remember everything is optional! We have intentionally put a lot into the days to give you plenty of choice so you can pick and choose depending on how you feel.
For beginners or anyone that has never tried weight training or Olympic lifting DO NOT be afraid! Everything will have beginner options including the Olympic lifting class where newbies will have a separate coach. This will be a great chance to try something new!
As this is England 🤦🏻‍♀️ timings on the day may be adjusted if the weather isn’t playing ball.
Paddleboarding is an optional extra that will incur an extra charge.
There will be plenty of down time and opportunities for you to explore the grounds or just take a few naps! Remember: it’s your retreat.

Our training sessions are meant to make you sweat and smile. There’s none of this military style yelling but we will encourage you to do your best. By the end of the weekend you will have tried and accomplished things you never thought you would. And the best part? You’ll love it!
