With the surf staring to pick up moving into the winter season as well as the ridiculous winds make sure you guys are all safe swimming in the sea. If you need some advice on sea safety as well as want to learn to swim and perfect your stroke look no further and contact us for a session. Had a great sea swimming lesson this afternoon teaching Gracie how swell and wind direction work as well as timing of waves and how to swim out and get back in safely. Taught about rip currents and how to use them to your advantage. Gracie over came her fears today and swam past and round the groin using the tide current to come in on the next bay, teaching her awareness of the sea. Conditions were awesome today with a 1-2ft swell running with clean off shore winds.
