Help!!!

We are in desperate need of inspiration for a site to book at the last minute for this coming bank holiday weekend.

Must be no more than 3 hours away from Manchester, be family friendly and accept dogs...

Hopefully you'll be there too!

We tried to use the radio for the first time recently and found the sound quality seriously lacking.. a well known issue in caravans.

The wife asked if we could swap them out for Google Speakers like we have dotted around at home and who am I to argue!

A couple of cheap FB Marketplace speakers later and we now have a smart speaker install in the caravan, with much improved base notes and additional smart functions. We've grouped them together in the Google home app.

The Nest Mini's require a 14Vdc power supply but most Lithium batteries sit around 13.5Vdc anyway. I've re-used the speaker cables for the power supplies and added new 1.35mm DC jacks on the ends.

Happy wife, happy life. 😄

Well that's a wrap!

We've had some fantastic days on and off the park.

On park - Swimming, High Ropes, and then the Pump Track, Bowling and American Pool in the arcade

Off park - As well as the local atractions at Dawlish Warren, we had a drive out into Cornwall (Fowey) for a boat ride up the river, and then another drive up into Bideford to visit the Milkyway Adventure Park, where the kids had an absolute blast.

We will be back for sure!
