Cardio Tennis is here. 🕺💥

After so much interest, bookings are now officially open!

If you’re looking for a fun way to get active, meet new people and enjoy a high-energy workout, this is for you.

This isn’t a tennis lesson. It’s a fitness session with a racket in your hand. Whether you’ve never played tennis before or you’re a regular player, everyone is welcome.

First sessions:

Something new is coming… 🕺💥

I’m looking at launching Cardio Tennis this summer, and I want to know if people would be interested!

Think great music, lots of movement, a fun atmosphere and a seriously good workout. Whether you’ve never picked up a racket or you’re a regular player, everyone can get involved.

This isn’t a tennis lesson. It’s fitness with a racket in your hand.

📍 Trevarrian Holiday Park (10 minutes from Newquay)
Free parking • No membership required • Ages 11+

I’m hoping to run a 4-week block through August and into early September, with sessions in either the early morning or evening.

I’d love to know what works best for you.

As a current Loughborough University tennis player, LTA Level 3 Coach and County Champion, I’m looking forward to working with players of all ages and abilities.

Who else knows that Jack Draper has a tattoo that reads ‘Someone Said’ ? A BBC reporter recently asked him why? He explained that his Gran would recite this poem to him as a child. I read this to the Pupils of Newquay Junior on my recent visit hoping to inspire them. Dream the impossible 🌈
