WHY FAT CLUB?
Firstly, the name. I needed something blunt and to the point. A bit like me 💁🏽♀️
Now a little about the WHY part.
As you can see I’ve been there.
I’ve spoke on my battles with my body confidence, weight and image several times over the years.
I’ve been fat, skinny, ‘toned’, strong, unhealthy and then fittest I’ve ever been. Not to mention pregnant and now battling the joys of PP 🤣
I won’t bore you with anything too in-depth. Not on this post anyway 🤦🏽♀️
But when I say I’ve been there - I’ve BEEN there.
I’ve been at some pretty LOW points. And I’ve been at all time highs.
I’ve been exploited by several fad diets/companies in my time before becoming a coach because I was unhappy and vulnerable.
I’d do anything to change.
And fast.
I always wanted a quick fix.
But methods for weight loss were always confusing. So once I finished a diet/plan I’d get fat again.
Points/ syns. 0 carbs. Fasting. Soup diet. Skinny tea. Even fat loss pills.
Until I decided F**K this.
I took control.
Using sustainable methods that are easy to understand and maintain a normal life.
I then got my degree and qualifications to educate myself further.
I never wanted to be a coach.
BUT. Following that I got the opportunity to coach a few people.
And I’ve never looked back.
This clubs been put together to help as many people as possible not in a position to have 1-1 coaching.
Enjoy a group environment.
And are sick of being scammed by confusing methods.
I promise fat club will never sell you a dream of achieving unrealistic goals.
But instead get you sustainable results, tools to last you lifetime and give you a community of women to support you.
I wish I had this when I was 18 and not sure what/how to start.
But I suppose this is the next best thing for me.
