Newport Midweek League 2026

Alhamdulillah! This victory officially secures Welsh Bengals CC’s place in the Newport Midweek League 2026 Semi-Finals! 🎉

A fantastic all-round team performance saw us chase 156/8 with ease, finishing on 159/2 in just 14.2 overs.

🌟 Top Performers:

* 🏏 Rimon Ahmed: 68 runs off 33 balls
* 🔥 Obaidullah: 48 runs off 27 balls & 3 wickets in 4 overs
* 💪 Hassan Khan: 27 runs off 13 balls & 2 wickets in 4 overs

Congratulations to every player for their commitment and teamwork. A huge thank you to our supporters for standing behind us throughout the competition.

The job isn’t finished—our focus now turns to the Semi-Final. In’Shaa’Allah, we’ll continue this momentum and give it everything and play the finals In’Shaa’Allah!

🏃‍♂️💪 Welsh Bengals Children’s Fitness Club 2026 💪🏃‍♀️

This marked the final session of this term of our Children’s Fitness Club.

Over the past 10 sessions, it has been fantastic to see such an incredible turnout, enthusiasm, and energy from all the children. We are so proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful to every child, parent, volunteer, and supporter who made these sessions such a success.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be back soon with another 10-session programme, packed with even more fun, engaging, and exciting activities for everyone to enjoy!

We are especially very grateful to Sport Wales for providing the funding that made this programme possible. Without their support, these free sessions for our community would not have been possible.

A huge thank you to everyone for your continued support throughout . We can’t wait to see you all again soon!
