My heart hurts but so proud of you . Started her PT journey by declaring she hates exercise, and now is hitting the “big gym” solo, looking like a badass and knowing what she’s doing! I think they call this graduating! Will miss our sessions together but look how far you’ve come! 💖👩🏼‍🎓

New in the gym for you girls! I’d say this should last a while but we all know that hair ties (and grips) manage to disappear in seconds! They must go to the same place that missing sock and Tupperware lids go!
