Meet brogan! A icon of Newport and a very well known man.

Every one knows how hard brogan trains no matter what time it is. It could be 3 o’clock in the morning or 9 o’clock in the evening he still gets s**t done.

But something was missing behind all this hard work?

Nutrition, this was brogan biggest downfall before he started with me. Unsure what to eat or when to eat and wasn’t seeing no progress in the gym. Basically going around in circles.

6 months on here he is set in a structure that is realistic and enjoyable.

Because what’s the point in setting a goal if you can’t enjoy it?

1 proud coach he has excelled in and out of the gym! Something which he never thought he would achieve!

Man what a journey this has been final check in 17 weeks down 46kg gone

Now this one is not just about the fat loss it’s about the mindset the habits the routine everything clay has inherited is solid now it’s part of his life this journey has effected everyone around him inspiring many to start their own journeys

This man lives and breathes this and he always wants more! 😎

So massive milestone for Rory 14 st 8 total of 60lbs down this guy is killing it

He is now setting him self PBs running 5k in under 30 mins

Completing tough mudder

Running at least 3 times a week!

I have to tell this man to take a rest 😂 he never stops!

But one very proud coach the change in this man and I’m sure everyone who knows him will agree he thrives off training and constantly bettering him self

Time is nothing to this man.

This guy has been to the gym whatever the time is if it’s 3 o’clock in the morning or 10 o’clock at night he makes it work 🤛🏼 no excuses atall

Bare in mind Nick has been on about 14 holidays in 12 weeks 😂 and we have still managed to create a structure that WORKED! ✅

This is proof when you set realistic goals and a realistic structure it will be a lot easier to sustain! 📈

This man is looking to end the year on the front foot creating a physique he has struggled to achieve before. Even tho Nick was in class shape when he started he is looking for the elite look ready for more holidays ☀️

His commitment shines through and I am excited to see how we progress from this!
