NEW PLAYERS WANTED - U18's for 2022-2023 season

I am the coach of the very successful Cromwell Youth u16's, who this season won both the league and cup in the Monmouthshire Junior Football League U16's.

Next season we will be playing a year up at U18's so i'm looking for new players to join the squad.

What a day, What a season. Congratulations to Cromwell U16 for winning the Cup final 2-1 v Abergavenny Rhinos u16.
To say i'm proud of each and every player is an understatement and i did shed a tear or 3 at the final whistle.
Goals were scored by Atola & Ethan who were amazing throughout.
Man of the match was awarded to Euan who was at his dominant best and fully deserved the award.
Great to see so many parents, friends and family members supporting us and being able to celebrate in their success. Thank you and very much appreciated!

Match Report: Sunday 20th March
Corries(3)v(1)Cromwell.
Disappointing result today in what is our only loss this season.
We started well however an early injury to Ethan meant that we lost a lot or energy in the middle of the park. We were already without Nyle who got injured the week before.
The boys were doing well and we were rarely troubled. We took a deserved lead with a fine finish from outside the box by Atola, giving us a 1-0 lead at the break.
Corries started the stronger in the 2nd half and got themselves back in the game to make it 1-1. An error playing out from the back cost us a 2nd and while chasing the game a ball over top was finished well to give Corries the win.
Now that the pressure of going the whole season undefeated is off our backs, hopefully we can get back to what we do best in our next match v Chepstow Garden City Blacks on 27th March.
1 poor result does not define in what has be an amazing season so far!!

Match Report: Sunday 13th March
League Cup 1/4 Final
Cromwell Youth (5) v (2) Monmouth Town
Match abandoned in the second half due to waterlogged pitch and for player safety.
League have awarded us the win and we are through to the semi's however Monmouth have 7 days to lodge an appeal.
Great team performance considering the lack of competitive football over the last weeks. The heavens opened part way through the first half but still played some good football throughout and deserved the win.
Goals: Atola (2), Yunus, Ethan, Gibbo
