Elite dance Group (EDG)
My name is Christie O’sullivan and I am the founder of the Elite dance group.
I am a contemporary dancer I graduated Manchester metropolitan university in 2019 but now I’m ready to share my experience, love and knowledge of dance with you.
This is a profound new dance group that aims to create a safe and comfortable environment for kids and young adults to challenge dance abilities, gain greater experience and create a connected space where they can feel confident in their own bodies.
I am looking for 40 children and young adults with dance experience to train, perform and grow in the dance world.
I don’t seek perfection I seek difference.
I will be holding auditions for all applicants in the months of July and August ready for the start of a new school year in September 2024.
If accepted you will be expected to attend regular classes, opportunities to work with additional choreographers , provide workshops and tour at schools in the surrounding area then end of year production to showcase pieces created within the year to friends and family. The opportunities to grow and learn as a performer are endless.
All you need to do is go to email [email protected] with your interest, you will then be emailed with an application form and once completed and sent back you will be given a audition date and details of location and what is needed for that day.
