Shape Bootcamp SHAPE BOOTCAMP a Fun and Different fitness course aimed at women of all ages and fitness levels on Saturdays mornings at the Duffryn high school

The SHAPE team is made of Rob Taylor and Spencer McKinney and their aim is to provide you with a stress releasing, calorie burning and fun workout.

Hello All,

It is with great pleasure I am happy to announce that our friend and SHAPE TEAM member Rob Taylor has been accepted to a government led Dietetics Program.

So what does that mean for our SHAPE FAMILY?

SHAPE TEAM will be moving towards personal training. We, Spencer for now, will be offering Personal Training Sessions at Sun Health Gym. If The SHAPE TEAM finds the capacity to bring back classes you better believe we will 😀.

For now September 3rd will be our final class.

Thank you for all YOUR SUPPORT. It had been you that had flipped the tire, swung the sledge hammer, carried the Kettlebell and so much more. THE SHAPE TEAM was honoured to be a part of that.

See you all soon and let's keep working hard.
