The goal isn’t to get holiday ready.

The goal is to build a body and lifestyle you don’t need a holiday break from. ☀️💗

You do NOT need to gain loads of fat to grow your glutes 👀🍑

These photos are proof of what happens when you:

✔️ stop under-eating
✔️ train with actual structure
✔️ progressively overload
✔️ eat enough protein
✔️ trust the process instead of changing your plan every 5 minutes

Most women are either:
trying to “tone” with random workouts
or
stuck in a constant calorie deficit with no fuel to actually build shape

Result?
Training hard… but not changing shape.

Glutes are BUILT through:
🍑 consistency
🍑 proper strength training
🍑 recovery
🍑 enough food to support muscle growth

Not starving yourself.
Not killing yourself with cardio.
Not “feeling the burn” for 2 hours a day.

So many women feel like they have to choose:

Lose weight or build glutes

…but that’s not the case

You just need:
✔️ structured training
✔️ enough protein
✔️ a small calorie deficit
✔️ consistency over time

Not random workouts
Not extremes
Not starting over every Monday

Once you understand this… everything changes
