Monday Zwift session 7pm
Wednesday coached swim . 8pm-9pm
Thursday S&C . 6.30pm-8pm
Sunday swim . 9am-10am

JUNIOR SESSIONS
Tuesday coached spin sessions . 5pm-5.45pm
Sunday coached swim* . 9am-10am
(*child should be able to swim 2 lengths of pool)
