We hope all members can attend the final class of 2025!

This Thursday we get together for gi & no gi rounds. Then there will be the end of year awards presentation to end.

There will still be kids classes and open mat on Saturday the 20th. But this is the final full adult class of the year.

A few things will be changing in 2026, but all positive changes we are very excited about!

*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*

Due to a change over in coaching staff, we have had to make some changes. The key points are in the image.

The biggest takeaway is that we are no longer able to offer kickboxing classes, for kids or adults. We are hoping this is just temporary, but for now, we do not have a coach.

We have worked tirelessly over the last 2 weeks to find a replacement, but unfortunately, we had short notice and these things take time.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused.

If you only attend kickboxing classes, please cancel your membership through Simply Collect. There will of course, be no notice period and your payments will be stopped immediately.

We have added an additional 2 kids classes on for BJJ and have moved the days around in the week to match coach availability.

It has been a tough couple of weeks for the club and we appreciate the support from those that have stuck with us as well as from those that were unable to.

We will be announcing some more (much more positive) changes within the coming weeks so please keep an eye out!

Great session 🔥

We have BJJ classes every Tuesday & Thursday at 6PM. As well as submission grappling (No Gi BJJ) every Monday & Wednesday at 6pm.

If you fancy trying something new then the first class is completely free! Come and give it a go! All welcome!

Absolutely disgusted to see the footage of the attack on this young boy. And so close to the gym!

It’s not much, but we would like to offer life time free membership to this young man. No one should have to experience anything like that and everyone should be able to feel safe going about their day. Martial arts can help with that.

If anyone knows the family, could you let them know that the offer is there if they want it. Stay safe all.
