Cardiff and Newport second again in 2025 Welsh nationals

Congratulations to Pembroke for retaining the Welsh Championship title for a record 15th time 🤿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🏆

The result was made even more special as it coincided with Colin Deller’s 87th birthday, so this win was in his memory.

Afterwards there was a mixed friendly tournament with the results as follows:

Puffins 🥇
Seals 🥈
Jellyfish 🥉
Dolphins 4th

Welsh nationals today. Unfortunately only Pembroke and Cardiff and Newport able to compete this year. On the plus side we will then have a mixed team tournament, teams as below.

Welsh nationals were held over the weekend with Pembroke A being crowned champions again. Well done to all who took part.

First Wednesday of the month brings another curry for this sports team!
We had a great game, with returning and new players and definitely missed a few stalwarts! We also had a very informative conversation about how beer was classed as a soft drink in Russia until relatively recently!
