Join Beicio Cymru and play a key role in taking Learn to Ride Wales from pilot to national rollout. Weβre looking for an outstanding, commercially minded Project Manager to lead the next phase of our flagship national programme β developing the franchise network to scale delivery across Wales and securing the commercial partnerships needed to make it sustainable for years to come.
Role Details π
- Permanent | Full time
- Hybrid | Base at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales, Newport, with travel across Wales
- Β£40,000βΒ£50,000 per annum
The Role π
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Learn to Ride Wales through to national rollout
- Oversee external delivery partners and ensure key deliverables and timelines are met
- Develop and manage the franchise network across Wales
- Identify, pitch to and secure regional franchise partners
- Secure and manage commercial sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Manage the programme's budget, risks, KPIs and reporting
- Build relationships with Welsh Government, Sport Wales, funders and key stakeholders
You'll Bring π
- Significant project or programme management experience
- A track record of securing and managing commercial sponsorship or partnership deals
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Confidence managing multiple external partners and holding them to account
- A self-starting, commercially minded approach and the ability to work at pace
- Experience in franchising, licensing, cycling, sport development or an NGB environment is an advantage
