Sarah leads Hatha Flow Yoga classes which focus on the connection between body and mind, and encourage students to remain present on their mat, linking movement to the breath. As a group, students are encouraged to find correct alignment in each asana, awakening the body to get the maximum benefit throughout the flow. Individually, students are encouraged to find the appropriate practice for thems
elves, using variations or modifications. Strength, flexibility and balance are built in tandem, and common areas of tension released in each flow.
