Moving your body = Self love and care
Not moving = self harm
Some movement is better than none. Don't focus all your energy on specifics if your output is low. Find something that you will do and do it consistently in small doses. Watch things start to compound!
Try a multitude of things, Don't box yourself in and widen your horizon. You will enjoy the process more.
