Brilliant to see our main prize winner from G's Final Race Raffle receive their brand new customised Pinarello F-Series F7 Di2 bike!

Nye Jayne was the lucky winner, and will now be riding in style!🚲

The raffle marked the close of Geraint Thomas's iconic professional racing career as he crossed his final finish line in his hometown of Cardiff at last year's The Tour Of Britain.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we were able to celebrate this momentous occasion by raising thousands - all helping to remove financial barriers for young people across England and Wales who want to take part in cycling.👏

"You can see her beaming!"

It’s been almost a year since Cyclists Fighting Cancer provided a trike to Seirian courtesy of Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust funding.

And in that time, Seirian has finished chemotherapy and is slowly getting stronger and stronger through working with her Physio, with her trike playing a key role.

The trike has had a huge physical and mental impact on Seirian, who has now even gone onto complete her Level 2 Cycling Proficiency!

Geraint Thomas Cyclists Fighting Cancer

A grant from the Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust has supported NE Cycling CIC at Middlesbrough Velodrome in its mission to use cycling as a powerful tool for good.🚲

The grant restore a core section of its community bike fleet, bringing bikes back into safe, active use.

And the funding is "making a real and immediate difference to our community... The funding will directly enable more people to get active, build confidence and feel part of something positive.”

For children with limb differences, learning to ride a bike is too often an inaccessible experience.

LimbPower strives to remove this barrier, change that reality, and bring the joy of cycling to young people with limb differences by supporting participants with MITTs, slip-on-and-go prosthetic arms.

LimbPower's work offers more than just exercise; it provides new possibilities, boosts mental well-being, and fosters social inclusion and community.

The Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust is thrilled to have been able to support the charity's work with a recent grant, which has "enabled us to reach more disabled children and young people, deliver inclusive sporting opportunities, and create lasting impact," according to LimbPower's Laura Ball.
