From September i will have 2 classes a week dedicated to anyone living with or beyond breast cancer.
All fully funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support
A fabulous charity close to my heart, who were a huge support to me through my own breast cancer journey.
I wanted to give something back and help others on their cancer journey, so im proud to be able to offer these classes.

Box full of goodies!! 😍 sweaters, t shirts, vests and Tote bags all arrived for client orders. I'm in love! They look so good! I might have treated myself to a new sweater too haha

I love to receive photos from clients who are using my pre recorded classes while they are on their holiday 😍 how's that for dedication 👏
All clients that attend my class blocks have free access to some recordings which they can use whenever they like.
You get out what you put in with Pilates ❤️

Planks!! Everyone, across all classes, have been working hard with some plank challenges this block 💪🏻
So proud of them. Our longest plank so far is 6 minutes! 😳 it’s been a fun challenge and everyone has pushed a little harder to up their plank times 👏

It’s been an incredible journey over the last 16 years. We can’t thank you enough for your support as a community over the years.

We see around 500 people through the door each week, we are lucky to have some of the best clinicians and instructors Shropshire has to offer.
