First month of CrossFit done and loving it!!

🤌🏻Lean bulk food faves!🤌🏻

Currently in a growing phase with the aim of minimising the amount of body fat I gain whilst trying to add a bit of muscle mass!
I’m choosing leaner sources of protein, healthy fats and trying to get a good amount of micronutrients in every meal!
When I go back into a cutting phase, the only changes I want to make is to decrease my portion sizes!

I’m really enjoying experimenting with new recipes and the surge of energy I’m getting by consuming bigger portions!⭐️🌟

We’ve been progressively overloading her weights week in and week out, she’s been mindful with her nutrition and she’s been consistent with hitting her training targets and cardio every single week!
