We are the only providers of a skills and strength & conditioning camp in Newport.

Get yourself booked onto one of our camps for just £25 and have a taste of how a professional player trains!

Receive your free Nutritional guidance plan upon confirmation of booking and hurry as spaces are sure to fill up fast!

Camps are for players aged 14-16 and the official training schedule is to be released sooner to the date, the training camps will take place from 11AM-2PM!

Over the past year JLPD has provided S&C for over 150 athletes via the academy.

With a unique journey catered to take athletes from being newbies in the gym to becoming well versed in strength, power, speed & endurance we have you covered in all aspects of the game.

Athletes aged 13+ are able to attend the academy in group sessions with your club or with a group of friends and notice the drastic improvement in their performances!

We are looking for another team to start their journey, we’ve got a few spaces left to be taken up so hurry before we’re completely full.

Over the last 9 months we have worked with some of the most successful clubs in the dragons region and have noticed some huge improvements!

Our prices are all noted on the pictures and all you need to do is drop us a message to get your order completed.
