Are you ready to cross something massive off your bucket list? This is your official call to arms to join the ultimate dance party on the move! We are taking over the

🎈🎈Newport Pagnell Carnival Parade🎈🎈

And we need 🩵YOU🩵 to bring the energy!

We are talking about 3 miles of pure, unadulterated fun, nonstop dancing, and epic vibes 🤙along the carnival route. If you think our classes are a blast, imagine bringing that electric energy to the streets!

Not to cause alarm but our last post bought in no additional volunteers for Carnival 4th July - PLEASE PLEASE consider giving us just a few hours to make Carnival happen. Unless ALL junctions are covered we cannot host the 5k run or Parade 😢

⛔ Tickford Street (Harben house/Severn Drive)
⛔ Harben in (car park)
⛔ Ribble Close
⛔ Avenue between bull and dove x2

And why do they always know every single person in the room?

Meanwhile Sharon only came because she thought it was a wine tasting.

Clubbercise instructors really act like waving glow sticks makes burpees fun. Babe, I’m still fighting for my life — it’s just now I’m neon.

And the playlists? Absolute chaos.
One minute you’re emotionally healing to Cascada, next minute you’re doing lunges to a hardcore remix of the Ghostbusters theme tune wondering where your life went wrong.

“Clubbercise instructors after saying ‘last one!’ for the 14th time: 🕺💃😈

Honestly though, they deserve respect — keeping a room full of adults coordinated in the dark with glow sticks is basically event management, cardio, and crowd control combined.”

“‘It’s only a light jog!’
Meanwhile the instructor is sprinting round the room like Lara Croft searching for lost treasure while everyone else is trying not to cough up a lung and lose a glow stick.

And somehow they still have enough breath to yell:
‘SMILES EVERYONE!’

The countdown is officially ON for the Newport Pagnell Carnival on Saturday, July 4th, and we are bringing the absolute best vibes to the streets!

We are calling all our fabulous ZUMBA Crew and our gorgeous CLUBBERCISE Cheesy Quavers to come together, group up, and show everyone how we party!

This is all about body positivity, high energy, and pure, unadulterated joy.

No judgment, no limits! Just a group of incredible women celebrating life, music, and friendship.

Here is everything you need to know:

✨ The Mission: Wearing the most most fabulous outfits and dancing our way through the entire 3-mile route!
